Our Story

LEC AI was born from a simple observation: the most expensive problem in any company is not inefficiency. It is lost organisational intelligence. Every day, decisions are made, workflows are followed, and outcomes are observed. Almost none of it is captured in a way the organisation can learn from.

Current AI tools address fragments of this problem. A chatbot here, an automation there. But none provide a persistent, learning layer that understands how the organisation actually operates. We set out to build something fundamentally different.

Donnie is our answer. An organisational intelligence platform that functions as a persistent cognitive brain. It captures how a company thinks, operates, and evolves. It integrates with the tools teams already use, builds a living memory of the organisation, and enables leadership to move faster with better context.

What We Believe

We build products, not slide decks. Donnie is designed to work with the AI tools organisations already use — not to replace them. Its modular architecture lets teams adopt intelligence incrementally, starting with the functions that matter most and expanding as value compounds. Every module is designed for production reliability, full auditability, and seamless integration with existing systems.

Over time, Donnie captures structured, contextually rich data: decisions paired with outcomes, corrections that refine understanding, workflow patterns linked to results.
